Get your account password

When you purchased a user license, you were sent an email containing your password to the My Account section of our website.  You will need that password to retrieve your license key.

Please follow these steps to retrieve and install your License Key:

1. Go to our website at http://www.webwatchconsulting.com
2. Click on My Account.
3. Enter your E-mail Address and Password.
4. After successful login, you will be taken to a page the displays your user licenses.  You can come back to this page at any time.
5. Find a row with an empty Serial Number and License Key. 
6. Click on the Get License Key link.  You will be taken to the Generate License Key page to input your Serial Number.
7. On your local computer, start the smbXML Wizard.
8. From the main form, go to Help --> About.
9. Click on the 'Copy Serial Number to Clipboard' button.
10. Back on the Generate License Key web page, copy your serial number into the text box (place your cursor in the Serial Number text box and press Crtl-V).  Click OK.
11. You will be taken back the the My Account Page, with the new Serial Number and License Key filled in.
12. Highlight the new License Key and copy it to the clipboard (Ctrl-C).
13. Back on your local computer, the smbXML Wizard should still have the Help --> About window open.  Click on the 'Install License' button.
14. In the Install License window, copy your License Key into the text box. Press Install.

That's it!  The next time you start the smbXML Wizard, you will have a fully licensed version.
